Fortunately, this facility gave the vaccine to 99.21466 percent of its residents, which is a very solid datapoint. This facility also excelled at keeping its patients out of the hospital. Indeed, it had less than one hospitalization per one thousand long-term resident days, which is an impressively low number.

This facility was awarded its next most favorable category grade in the area of short-term care. We gave this facility a grade of C in this area, which is a reasonably acceptable score. Our short-term care ratings are meaningful for residents requiring rehabilitation. Rehabilitation typically mandates additional highly-skilled nursing services. Skilled nursing includes a broad scope of services, spanning from registered nurses to physical and respiratory therapists, as well as other forms of therapy.
