This facility vaccinated 68.06723 percent of its patients against pneumonia, which happens to be somewhat below what we anticipated but still a reasonably acceptable figure. Clearly, this nursing home is doing something right in this area as it also excelled at keeping its patients out of the hospital. In fact, it had only 0.04 hospitalizations per 1,000 long-term resident days, which is an impressively low number.

Skilled nursing includes registered nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists and other highly trained professionals. Fortunately, it looks like this nursing home has registered nurses on staff. Not every nursing home employs these types of nurses. However, based on the data this nursing home provided, they do not appear to employ physical therapists.
