Facility Inspections

Grade: A-plus

In addition to receiving a strong overall grade, this place also received first-rate inspections in recent years. We awarded them one of our better scores in this category, with a grade of A+. We take several aspects of a facility's inspection report into consideration in calculating these inspection ratings. One of those factors is deficiencies. It should be noted that the severity of these deficiencies is arguably more important than the number of deficiencies, as some can be quite insignificant. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find deficiency counts for this nursing home. We wish we had more information about this facility. Without the deficiency related data, it ended up being difficult to assess this nursing home in terms of this category.
