You should be more cautious when considering a facility with severe deficiencies on a recent inspection report. This facility had a category G through L deficiency, which are among the more serious categories of deficiencies. These categories indicate that the deficiencies found by inspectors had potential to pose actual harm to patients. Finally, we need to point out that this place received significant government fines in recent years totaling over $100,000. This generally signifies that a poor performance spanned multiple years.
