Even with some solid scores in other areas, this grade is nevertheless concerning so we felt obligated to point it out. The nursing grade considers numerous factors. The most heavily weighted one is the number of hours nurses spend with patients. This nursing home averaged only 0.3 hours of nursing care per resident on a daily basis.
