In addition to being a first rate facility overall, this nursing home also performed well in long-term care, where it received a grade of A+. Few nursing homes fared better in this category. When nursing homes receive this type of grade in long-term care it is usually a good sign for resident care and suggests that the nursing home is well-staffed with nurses aids. In addition to considering the volume of care provided by nurses and other staff, we looked at the percentage of residents vaccinated against pneumonia.
