You can find more information about each of these factors by obtaining copies of nursing homes' inspection reports. A significant portion of those hours were provided by registered nurses, which are one of the most skilled levels of nurses. We are really impressed by both of these figures. On top of providing impressive levels of care, this place also performed well in several of the quality-based metrics we looked at. By way of illustration, in terms of the number of its patients suffering falls resulting in major injury, this place performed as well as any facility the nation. Avoiding serious falls is generally an indicator that a facility has reliable quality controls in place. Major falls can generally be prevented if more nurses aids and better safety protocols are in place.
