Our goal is to create a measure for comparing the rehabilitation services of various nursing homes. Fortunately, it appear that this nursing home has registered nurses on staff. With this impressive grade, this place is one of the few nursing homes in Minnesota to earn straight A's. Our inspection scores weigh several factors included in a nursing home's inspection report. One of the most important criteria we rely on is the quantity and severity of deficiencies. Facilities with better scores in this category tend to have very few of these severe deficiencies. While this place had a few minor dings on its government inspection report, it had zero severe deficiencies. Severe deficiencies are ones found in categories G, H, I, J, K and L. This tells you that CMS didn't consider any of the deficiencies on this facility's report to pose an imminent threat to patient safety or health. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
