Arguably the most critical factor we consider in computing our inspection ratings is deficiencies. Deficiencies can be found on a nursing home's inspection reports. Facilities with better grades in this category most likely dodged the more severe deficiencies involving things like patient abuse. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have deficiency data for this nursing home. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.

The facility provided about 50% more physical therapist and registered nurse hours per patient than a typical facility. This is what we look for when grading a facility in this category. When determining our nursing scores, we weigh both nursing hours and the skill levels of the nurses. This nursing home provided 8.8 hours of nursing care per resident per day. This was one of the higher totals we found. Furthermore, a significant portion of this care was provided by registered nurses, which are highly skilled nurses. These are both really impressive figures. In addition to providing impressive levels of care, this place also excelled in the quality measures we looked at.
