We gave them an elite grade of A in this category. We take several aspects of a facility's inspection report into consideration in determining these inspection scores. One of those factors is deficiencies. It should be noted that the severity of deficiencies is arguably more important than the quantity of deficiencies, as some are relatively insignificant. The city also received an impressive nursing rating with a grade of B in this category. Lastly, the city earned a C for long-term care and a grade of D for short-term care.
