Little Falls, Minnesota has only two nursing homes to choose from, so you have relatively limited options. While it only has a couple of nursing homes, this city received an excellent city grade of A-. We were so impressed with Little Falls that we rated it as one of the top 500 cities in the nation. In addition to performing well in its overall grade, many of the facilities in Little Falls performed remarkably well in our nursing category. Little Falls received one of our highest ratings in that category with a grade of A. With a nursing grade this high we'd expect the majority of the nursing homes here to have a high quality nursing staff. In addition, we also wanted to point out that some of the city's facilities received almost perfect health inspections the past few years. For this reason, we awarded Little Falls an A in this area.
