How does Essentials work?

The smart hub uses your cellular network to communicate with the Aloe Care app on your smartphone. This connection allows the Hub to call for help in the event of an emergency, as well as send notifications and updates to the app.

When an adult needs assistance, there are two ways to get help. First, they can push the Care Button to immediately call for a response agent. Secondly, the adult can just repeatedly say the word "emergency" until the Hub's built-in microphone picks up the word and initiates a call for help.
