With 13,086 people, Keokuk, Iowa is a relatively small city. There are only 2 nursing homes there, which doesn't give you too many options. Rounding out its quality profile, this place earned a grade of B in our short-term care category and a B for long-term care. We found Keokuk to be competent in each category we assessed.
