Searcy, Arkansas offers only two nursing homes to choose from, which is a limited selection. These facilities earned on average an overall grade of D. This is a sign that this city has some bottom end nursing homes. In spite of this concerning city grade, Searcy had one facility that didn't receive a terrible grade. The only positive thing we can say about this place is that it didn't receive any F's in any of the categories we assessed. Additional information about its category grades is available below.
The facilities in Searcy received an awful overall grade, however, we wanted to point out the city's decent health inspections in recent years. We awarded it a B- in this area. We believe that one of the most critical factors in evaluating an inspection report is deficiencies. We especially focus on the severity of those deficiencies. Surprisingly, this city performed respectably in our short-term care category as well, where it received a B- for this category. Finally, we gave Searcy grades of C and D for our long-term care and nursing categories respectively. While we found its other categories to be respectable, this poor nursing grade is not a very good sign for nursing staffing levels.
