While its overall rating was abysmal, we awarded this city's lone nursing home an A for our inspections rating. We weigh several aspects of a nursing home's inspection report in computing these inspection grades. One of those factors is deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of these deficiencies is usually more important than the number of deficiencies, as some deficiencies are relatively minor.
