We looked at the only nursing home in Dallas, Georgia. We were relieved to discover that, this place's lone nursing home received a phenomenal grade of A, so at least there is one good option. For comparison's sake, we also assessed the facilities in the nearby city of Douglasville. With Douglasville receiving an awful city grade, we found the nursing home in Dallas to be rated much higher than most of the nursing homes in Douglasville.
