There are two facilities in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, so at least you have a few options. This city's nursing homes received an excellent city grade of A-, so what this place lacks in quantity, it makes up for in quality. We found this city grade to be considerably better than the city grade of B- received by the nearby city of Fond Du Lac. Both cities have some quality nursing homes, but Sun Prairie appears to be a much better bet. This city's strong profile was highlighted by its nursing homes' inspection scores, which is addressed in the next paragraph.

Nursing homes that score well in this category typically have few deficiencies on their reports. Most importantly, these facilities generally do not have any severe deficiencies which are associated with endangerment of patients.
